Bridal Spray Tan in Washington, DC — rehearsed, then perfect
Your custom tan, sprayed by an artist — never a machine. A trial tan weeks before, a rapid-rinse formula for the wedding itself, and an artist who comes to your suite.
When should a bride get her spray tan?
Two days before the wedding, with a trial tan four to six weeks earlier. The trial locks in your exact blend and depth while there is still time to adjust; the final session then develops, rinses, and settles before you ever touch the dress. Nearly half of brides now book a professional tan — the ones who look sun-kissed in photos booked a trial first.

The Countdown
Your bridal tan timeline
6 wks
Trial tan. We blend, you live with it for a week, we take notes — a shade warmer, a touch lighter, contour or classic. Schedule it before an engagement shoot or shower and the trial earns its keep twice.
1 wk
Prep quietly. Exfoliate daily, moisturize, finish waxing or shaving at least 24 hours before your session. Manicures before, tan after — polish is fine, but exfoliating facials should be done by now.
2 days
The wedding tan. Rapid formula, rinsed in 2–4 hours, fully settled by the rehearsal dinner. You reach the aisle developed, even, and dry — nothing touches the dress but you.
Wherever You're Getting Ready
We come to the suite
Georgetown hotel, Wharf high-rise, Capitol Hill rowhouse, a family home in the suburbs — our mobile service brings the tent, the airbrush, and your recorded blend to wherever the getting-ready photos are happening. Twenty minutes per person, discreet setup, gone before the photographer arrives.
Prefer a studio ritual? Our private Falls Church studio is minutes from Arlington, McLean, and Tysons — many brides do the trial there and go mobile for the wedding itself.
Airbrush Tan for DC Brides — why custom matters most in white
A wedding dress is the least forgiving garment you will ever photograph next to: white amplifies every undertone your tan gets wrong. This is exactly the day for an artist, not a booth — a formula blended against your skin and your dress's shade of white, applied by hand, rehearsed at a trial. Custom is not the upgrade for wedding tans; it is the minimum.

Bridal FAQs
What every bride asks
Will the tan transfer onto my wedding dress?
Not once it has developed and rinsed. Your first shower removes the cosmetic bronzer that could ever transfer; what remains is color developed within your skin. That is exactly why the Bride Plan schedules your final tan about two days before the wedding — you walk down the aisle fully developed, rinsed, and dry-to-the-touch in white.
How will a spray tan photograph — including with flash?
Beautifully, if it is custom. Flash photography exaggerates anything orange or uneven, which is the risk with one-solution booths. A hand-blended airbrush formula matched to your undertone reads warm and dimensional on camera. Your trial tan is the proof: you will see it in your engagement-era photos before you commit to the wedding-day formula.
What about DC humidity — or rain on the day?
A developed tan does not wash off in rain or humidity; it lives in your skin, not on it. During the develop window we keep you protected — your wedding-day session uses a rapid formula that rinses in 2–4 hours, so the vulnerable stage is over long before vows. After that, dance, cry, and hug everyone freely.
Can my bridal party get sprayed with me?
Yes — the Bridal Party package ($499) covers your trial plus wedding-week tans for you and four attendants, sprayed back-to-back at your hotel, venue suite, or home. Larger parties can extend to a full mobile party of up to eight. Everyone is blended individually; nobody matches, everybody glows.
Rehearse the glow before the day
Trial first, wedding-day rapid second — your blend stays on file either way.
