One artist, one room, five days a week — 50 founding memberships is about what our standing weekday slots hold while still leaving room for first-timers and event bookings. When we hit 50, founding enrollment closes and reopens only when we add a second artist, at the regular rate. Your founding rate is locked for as long as you stay. If you take the 12-month term and cancel early, the waived $99 becomes payable — that is the entire penalty, and we are telling you before you pay rather than after.

Your membership auto-renews monthly until you cancel, at the same amount on the same day each month, and we email you before every charge. Month-to-month members can cancel online in two clicks after the second billing cycle; 12-month founding members cancel the same way once the term is complete, and cancelling early makes the waived $99 enrollment fee payable — that is the entire penalty. Two free freeze months a year, taken whenever you want them, with no fee, no restart charge and your rate locked. Unused tans roll forward for 12 months and never expire while you're a member; if you leave, you keep 90 days to use what's left. Your membership is yours — Guest Passes are how you bring a friend.

Everything members ask before joining
Do unused membership tans roll over?
Yes — unused tans roll forward for 12 months and never expire while you are a member, so a busy month is never a wasted one. And if you do leave, you keep 90 days to use whatever is left instead of losing your balance the day you cancel, which is what the rest of the category does.
Can I freeze or cancel my spray tan membership?
Yes to both. You get two free freeze months a year, taken whenever you want them — no fee, no restart charge, your rate stays locked and your tenure keeps counting. Cancelling is online, in two clicks: no phone call, no retention specialist, no form to mail. Month-to-month members can cancel any time after the second billing cycle; founding members on the 12-month term cancel the same way once the term is complete.
Can I use a membership credit toward a Rapid or Contour session?
Yes. On The Standing Glow your monthly credit is worth $79 against any service — put it toward a Rapid Signature or Brazilian Tan for $10, or a Photo-Ready Contour for $20. On The Always Glowing there is no upcharge at all for the Rapid Signature, which lets you shower in just 2–4 hours instead of sleeping in your tan, or for the Brazilian. On The Golden Hour every service is included, Photo-Ready Contour and all.
Which membership should I start with?
Most members start with The Always Glowing — two custom tans a month is what it actually takes to never not be tan, since a tan lasts 7 to 10 days. Choose The Standing Glow if you tan around events roughly once a month, and The Golden Hour if you want a tan every seven days plus the studio coming to you twice a year.
What is the Founding 50, and what happens to the $99 enrollment fee?
We are taking 50 founding members, and for all of them the $99 enrollment fee is waived in exchange for a 12-month term. The cap is not a marketing number: one artist, one room, five days a week, and 50 memberships is roughly 75 member tans a month — about what our standing weekday slots hold while still leaving room for first-timers and event bookings.
